Higher Speed and Lower Release Force

ACF film is more flexible and has lower release force compared to FEP and NFEP film. This just makes prints better, since it won’t stick to the film thus avoiding support’s breakage, so it also means a higher success rate and support high speed printing.

High Quality Material

Our ACF film is made of high quality material and with 0.3mm thickness and bettter flexibility, someone’s thickness is not enough and which may cause vertical lines or split-level during 3D printing.

Tips for How to Reduce Adhesion

Please add supports evenly, because no matter what kind of release film it is, it has a certain adhesion, so every slight shaking when pulling up and down will cause the model to be uneven or mis-layered, so add supports evenly can reduce the shaking of the model and obtain a more perfect print.

Ideal Replacement

It is a good replacement for your 3D printer release film.

One side of the ACF is smooth and covered by a blue protective film, which should be removed before use. This smooth side should face resin during use. The frosted back side faces the LCD screen. When installing and removing the blue protective film, please lay the ACF release film flat on a clean table to avoid creases on the surface of the release film.

Cleaning

After each printing failure, the impurities in the material tank must be cleaned in time, otherwise it may cause another printing failure or even damage the release film or LCD screen.

Tips for Cleaning: Use the printer’s built-in cleaning function, or manually expose the bottom layer for 10-30 seconds, then lift and remove the entire cured bottom layer to remove impurities more efficiently.
